now vision,mission,goal-becomes a common word. every where u can see the poster written these words.how suddenly we become familiarize with these words-when our former president written a book on this???or when a CEO of company has told something related to this in media....
isn't that true we always following the words of successful personality????the CEO who has written book might have the vision when he had started his career .....but certainly we would not have followed his words then.....
mujhe lagta hai hume is mansikta se upar uthana chahiye.....
jab ek "paanwale " ka beta IIT chala jata hai,to mujhe lagta hai ki us paanwale ka bhi ek vision raha hoga...usne apni life me socha hoga ki mera beta bhi IIT ja sakta hai....uske life ka bhi ek mission raha hoga ki mujhe apne bete ko iit pahuchana hai......aur us goal ko paane ke usne bhi apne bete ke saath mehnat ki hogi.....
par kya hum us paanwale ko jante hain....aaj yadi wo paanwala raod ke kisi kinare khada hokar apni baat kahe,to kya hum sunenge????
yadi wahi paanwala yadi apne vision ,mission and goal pe koi book likhe to koi publisher usko publish karega???
aakhir kyon???kya usne us company ke CEO se kam mehnat ki thi???kya uska GOAL goal nahi tha?
isi tarah humare samaj me na jane kitne log honge,jinki taraf hum dhyan bhi nahi de paate.....
